Fans of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 who are interested in learning more about the multiplayer game modes that will be offered appear to be in luck, as a new teaser reveals Domination and Capture the Flag are making a comeback. Although there will probably be many more modes in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, it is good to know that some old favorites are returning.
Domination is the most well-known objective-based mode in the Call of Duty series, therefore almost any fan will be familiar with it. Domination pits players against each other for control of three flags, and is just as likely to appear in a Call of Duty game as Team Deathmatch or Search and Destroy. While the goals of Capture the Flag are also centered on flags, two teams compete to keep one flag from being seized.
The aforementioned teaser is for the next Call of Duty Next event and appears to provide no meaningful information, but it actually contains a lot of subliminal hints. Due to the teaser’s briefness, it is easy to overlook potential Warzone areas of interest and perk logos. It makes reasonable to see references to both games since the event will feature Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.0. Two of these allusions, according to well-known Call of Duty leaker @TheGhostOfHope, relate to the aforementioned MW2 game types.
